Isokinetic testing

Progress aims to get you to the fitness level you require, and in order to get you started your fitness levels will need to be assessed.

Fitness testing has a wide range of formats. Specific methods will be tailored depending on your circumstances and goals. Assessment is not just for the athletic individual – it has many uses in those who have medical conditions, and those who are simply ‘unfit’.
